We have conducted hundreds of detailed environmental compliance audits. Depending upon our Client’s needs, an audit may range from a one-day tour of a facility with limited records review to a team audit involving detailed review of plant operating procedures, testing and monitoring data, record keeping and management systems, and detailed inspections. We are prepared to conduct audits that address regulations involving a complete range of environmental programs as well as certain safety programs related to storage and handling of hazardous materials. The specific set of regulations to be covered is agreed to during scoping of the audit and establishing the audit protocol. A compliance audit may generate findings that will require corrective actions by the company being audited. We strongly encourage that management be involved and committed to corrective action before an audit is undertaken.
